Youth Reached through Group Programs
About Big Sisters of the Lower Mainland BC
We provide supportive mentoring relationships to youth who may be facing challenges like bullying, isolation, poverty, abuse, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and more.
Since 1960, we’ve been building resilience in the youth we serve, to create safer schools and communities, and a brighter future for all.

Big Sister’s mentoring programs help ignite the potential in girls, non-binary, transgender and gender-diverse youth across the lower mainland.

Our donors help make Big Sisters possible, and every little bit helps. When you donate to Big Sisters, you’re contributing to our next generation’s future.

Our volunteers help ignite the potential in youth by building meaningful connections, offering support, and being there when it matters most.
