Rafaela was still in a booster seat when she was matched with her Big Sister Lynn. Coming from a single-parent household and struggling with self-doubt, she found comfort and guidance in their weekly meetups. Through baking sessions, heartfelt conversations, and Lynn’s quiet encouragement, Rafaela gained confidence and began to dream bigger. Today, she’s working toward her goal of becoming a lawyer—following in the footsteps of the mentor who helped her believe in herself. This is a story about growth, friendship, and the life-changing power of mentorship.
