Juggy is passionate about leading in social capitalism. She is an accomplished multidisciplinary executive with a well-established reputation for building and scaling new businesses and high performing teams.

Currently Vice President of Consumer Health, Juggy Sihota is responsible for the national strategy, execution and operation of the Consumer Health business unit for TELUS Health. She is revolutionising access to healthcare in Canada with important services, such as Canada’s fastest growing and highest customer rated virtual care service TELUS Health MyCare – helping Canadians get access to a Family Dr from coast to coast, curated health content in the TELUS Healthy Living Network, personal emergency response systems for vulnerable seniors like TELUS Health LivingWell Companion (largest Canadian-owned provider in Canada), personal health records and much more. She was also executive producer for the critical documentary “PainKiller” on the opioid crisis ravaging our country with the intent to build awareness and to end the stigma around addiction.

Community leadership is a critical component of Juggy’s leadership story. She is currently;

    • Chair for the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation Board;
    • Vice Chair for the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade;
    • Director for the Vancouver International Airport Authority (YVR);
    • Director for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce;
    • Director for the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation;
    • Advisor to the City of Vancouver on racial and social justice issues.

She previously served as a director on the Justice Institute of British Columbia, the Vancouver Community Board, and the Vancouver Board of Trade’s Women’s Leadership Council.

In 2022, Vancouver Magazine again recognized Juggy as one of the most powerful 50 people in BC. She was also awarded the Woman of Distinction Award for Business Leadership by the YWCA.

In 2021, she received The Influential Women in Business Award by Business in Vancouver (BIV); the Global WeQual Business Transformation Leadership Award for the Americas; the Health Technology Leader BC500 from BIV and was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Top 100 Women by WXN.

Her other honours include – recipient of the Diversity Champion Award at TELUS; the Leadership Excellence Trailblazer Award by Canadian Women in Communications and Technology and the “Forty Under 40” award in B.C. by BIV.

Juggy holds an MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and has completed Executive Development programs at both Harvard and INSEAD.
