About Big Sisters
For young people, a trusted mentor can make all the difference. Through our Big Sisters, Study Buddy, and Go Girls programs, we harness the power of mentorship to build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem in youth across the Lower Mainland, with a focus on prevention and igniting each young person’s limitless potential.
Our Commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
Big Sisters is deeply committed to embedding JEDI principles across everything we do, from our programs and policies to the leadership of our organization. We strongly encourage applications from candidates with lived experience, including Indigenous, Black and People of Colour, Women, LGBTQIA2S+, persons with disabilities, and those with neurodiversity. Please inform us of any accommodations needed throughout this process.
About the Board Role
