You take pride in building strong client relationships and supporting each match so they can work towards helping the Mentee achieve their goals and boost their self-esteem. You have strong case management skills and understand the importance of ensuring safe and healthy mentoring relationships between volunteer mentors and our Mentees (ages 7-17).
You have experience working in the non-profit sector and are passionate to work for an organization that helps ignite potential for youth in your community. You are a person who enjoys being the first point of contact for an organization. You enjoy working with a variety of people to help support your team and an organization as a whole. You are someone who is open to learning new skills and is detail orientated. You have excellent administration skills, strong database and IT knowledge, and enjoy being the owner of the organizational client and volunteer database.

This year, Big Sisters is especially seeking candidates with backgrounds in investment and finance, human resources, and former Big Sisters volunteers.
