Every year, our signature events gather thousands of Canadians across BC Lower Mainland to fund mentoring relationships. Through the help of our participants and attendees each year, Big Sisters hosts 3 events dedicated to seeking and gathering voluntary financial contributions by engaging individuals or businesses.
Soirée presented by Scotiabank: An Evening Celebrating Big Sisters
Soirée is a chance for our community to come together in a celebration of mentorship. Join us this year to honour mentorship and the resilience of our youth at the annual Big Sisters Gala.
GrapeJuice – Exclusive Auction
To date, this extraordinary event has raised over $1,000,000 in support of youth in our community. Being part of the GrapeJuice community is about more than just good wine. It is about giving youth a voice and the opportunity to be whoever they want to be. Join us on May 4th to enjoy wine, connection and a celebration of the power of mentorship!
Big Sisters’ Spring Social
We are pleased to announce our rendition of Spring Lunch to Spring Social for 2022. Big Sisters presents Spring Social to celebrate mentorship and the community that champions the potential of our youth. This year, we’re bringing on Amelia Warren, CEO of Epicure, to share her story of mentorship. Join us this year at Joey Bentall One on June 22nd.

Community Fundraising Events
Hosting a Community Fundraiser is a fun and unique way to contribute to Big Sisters. From quiz or movie nights, BBQ’s, office raffle or 50/50 draw, art shows, benefit concerts to casino nights – the possibilities are endless. Host your own fundraising to raise funds for our mentoring programs and spread awareness of Big Sisters in communities outside of our own.
