Women's Self Defense Seminar
On March 20th, Elements Academy of Martial Arts is holding a special women's self-defense seminar for women ages 16 and up with partial proceeds benefiting Big Sisters. The seminar will be held on Saturday, March 20th from 3-5pm at Elements Academy (4465 Dunbar, Vancouver). Ten percent of your $60 registration fee will go to Big Sisters and will also be matched by the Academy.
