Justine Greene began her career in marketing and advertising for a local Vancouver company that became part of J Walter Thompson Advertising, at which point she developed their five locations across North America.

After more than a dozen years, Justine took her experience and created her own business in operational effectiveness for the non profit sector. Justine worked with several other major Vancouver-based non profit organizations, assisting them in tightening operational and financial systems, human resources issues, organizational growth and development planning.

Justine is married with three children in elementary school.
