Always on the lookout for new life experiences, Stephanie Hayes spent many years living throughout British Columbia, working in the Information Technology industry. She is currently a partner with Avantage Partners, a management and technology consulting company and focuses on building programs around the “future of work” and the “connected worker”. She works largely with public sector clients, and is actively involved in open government and citizen engagement initiatives in her spare time.

After graduating with an MBA in Management of Technology, Stephanie moved to beautiful Squamish with her family, commuting into Vancouver for client meetings, special events and to see her Little Sister, with whom she has been matched for nearly five wonderful years. She likes to participate in outdoor activities whenever a chance arises, and is actively working on developing a group for helping Vancouver-based moms to reconnect with their personal and professional goals.
