Shauna Wilton joined the Big Sisters Board of Directors in January of 2010.  She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Shauna is currently a Director of Human Resources for CHC Helicopter, the world's largest helicopter services company, specializing in the transport of personnel to offshore oil platforms and civilian Search-and-Rescue operations. Prior to joining CHC, she held various positions in human resources and labour relations management with leading organizations such as SAP and the Pepsi Bottling Group.

Prior to relocating to Vancouver in 2006, Shauna resided in Ontario where she also served on the Board of Directors for Big Sisters of Sarnia Lambton including one term as president.
