Sandra Wear is a Principal at Planning for Exit. She helps companies maximize shareholder value and the probability of a successful exit by focusing on strategies to increase brand equity, customer diversity and operational efficiencies. Her entrepreneurial background includes starting and building a company to its $568M record-making exit. She has held executive positions as CEO, VP and General Manager in North America and Europe while playing a critical role in defining and executing market-driven corporate strategies.

Sandra is featured in the bestseller Innovation Nation, John Wiley & Sons, which profiles successful entrepreneurs. She is a Director of Hummingbird Hydrogen – a waste biomass conversion company – and serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations. She is passionate about the Big Sisters’ mission because she believes strongly in the importance of providing girls with strong female role models and mentors.

Sandra has a B.Sc. in Biology/Genetics from UBC and is a Marketing Management graduate of BCIT. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
