Cali Mancia was a Big Sister for seven years until her Little Sister, Michelle, recently graduated out of the Big Sisters program on her 19^th birthday.  Cali and Michelle continue to keep in touch and get together as often as they can.  With a background in Criminology, Cali works as a Legal Assistant at the law firm Roper Greyell, which practices in the field of labour and employment law.

Cali volunteers on an ongoing basis for community events such as the recent Grey Cup Festival and is also an associate member and a director on the board of her local branch of the Royal Canadian Legion.  Over the years, Cali has chaired and been a member of the Big Sisters Development Committee, Big Sisters Camp Committee and Speakers Bureau where she spoke at community events about her positive experience of being a Big Sister.  Cali joined the Board of Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland in 2009.
