Cali Mancia is a volunteer Big Sister and has been matched with her Little Sister, Michelle, since 2004. Although her background is in Criminology, Cali is the Office Manager at the law firm Stewart Feenie, which specializes in child protection law, providing legal services for the Director of Child, Family and Community Services in Vancouver, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.

Cali is a life-long volunteer having volunteered for the 2009 World Police and Fire Games and BC Elections as well as being a sub-committee member of her strata council. She is also the Chair for the Big Sisters Development Committee, which organizes workshops for the agency's volunteer mentors, providing education and skills to assist them in their relationships with their Little Sisters. Over the years, Cali has also been a member of the Big Sisters Camp Committee and Speakers Bureau where she has spoke at community events about her positive experience of being a Big Sister.
